Star Indian for lunch today! Always so GOOD! Tried the shrimp tandoori today. Man sizzling deliciousness !!! The chili naan was perfect as always!

I used to have Star as my go-to Indian place and then I moved and started going to Saffron (which I still love) and that kind of became my 'favorite.' Well, I had a compulsion to get food from somewhere else so I got DoorDash to bring Star Indian. I got the Paneer Butter Masala, garlic naan, and chicken 55? biryani. Can't remember the exact name. The naan is so much more fluffy and soft than I've been getting at Saffron so huge win there and the biryani was super tasty and a cheaper price. The paneer butter chicken is delicious, and definitely what I wanted tonight. If you also love Saffron and/or Kinaara, Star is right on par. Super happy with my order.

Absolutely check this place out if you are curious about Indian cuisine. The staff is happy to make recommendations if you need it and as far as I can tell, you really can't go wrong with anything you choose. It was my first time having many of these dishes but they were all excellent. The one that surprised me the most was the biriyani. It was so flavorful. Maybe next time I'll be brave and try lamb or goat. We'll 100 percent be back.

May be my new favorite spot for Indian food in Omaha. Service was outstanding, price point excellent and the food was delicious. I opted for a vegetarian option and we ordered a side of garlic naan. I will be back! It was great to see how busy they were on a recent Sunday night

A friend recommended this restaurant. The first time I went and subsequent visits I am greeted with such enthusiasm and joy. Then I've had excellent service followed by the best indian food in town. The last time I got take out and still every bit as good as dine in.

The amazing reviews for Star Indian rang true at my dinner! They were pretty busy when I arrived, but I was seated in less than 10 minutes. My table ordered the Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, and Palak Paneer, as well as Samosas and plain Naan. I meant to take a photo of everything, but it was so good that nothing lasted very long! Everything hit that comfort food spot perfectly. The naan was super fresh and hot. The service was also great! We even got come complimentary noodles to try that were delicious; I would order them on their own. I definitely recommend going with a group to try out a couple entrees, as there are a ton of options that sound amazing! I will be back!

The best service you could ask for every single time you come here! All staff are so friendly, helpful, and kind. And the food... INCREDIBLE! The garlic naan is some of the best I've had and so is the butter chicken. There is a lot of seating and lots of food choices to order from. I have recommended many friends and family to come here. I have such an amazing time coming here and enjoying amazing food. I also never have to worry about there being poor service as I have been here many times and it's always beyond my expectations. I can't speak highly enough of Star Indian cuisine and I definitely cannot get enough of it!

The food is great. I'm from out of town and have had Indian at a lot of restaurants. This is the best Kashmiri naan. The service is also great. We were visited by several staff members to ensure we were enjoying our food. There was also some food brought out compliments of the chef - first time I'd seen that at an Indian restaurant.

The family wanted Indian food and they said Star Indian is the place to go. Large shared parking lot with other businesses in the strip mall. Our order was Samoas, Garlic Naan, Chicken Korma, and Chicken Tikka Marsala. Rajkeesh (sp?) took my take out order, was so friendly, offered me water while I waited. Great hospitality. The order also came with complimentary rice pudding and a fried doughball that was soaked in a honey mixture. The restaurant has a great dining room, bar and semi private large party area. I would love to return here. Ok, bye.

A friend recommended this place to me and after seeing great reviews online I was super excited to try it. We went on a Saturday evening so it was pretty busy. We tried samosa, chicken tikka, garlic naan, and lamb vindaloo. Overall, the food was pretty good. I was particularly impressed with the naan and lamb vindaloo. The lamb was full of flavor and spices- delicious! I was disappointed by the chicken tikka. The dish did not come out hot (temperature) and I thought it lacked in flavor. I asked for it spicy and did not feel it was very spicy either. I probably would not order this dish again from here. The service was good. Food came out very fast and people checking on us often. They also provided us with a small dessert at the end which I enjoyed!
